800 Meters Jog
DROM Stretching 5-8 minutes
Use a weight that works for you, 30-45 seconds rest between sets
Bench Press 3 x 15
Squats 3 x 15
Shoulder Press 3 x 15
Hamstring Curls 3 x 15
Challenge:
50 Burpees with push ups, chest has to touch ground every time. You have 2 minutes to do as many burpee push ups as you can, at the end of the 2 minutes you have to run 200 meters, start your two minutes again right after the run and continue to do so till you reach 50.
