Warm Up 

1 Mile jog 

DROM Stretching 5-8 minutes 

3 rounds for total 
200 meter sprint
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75#/55#)
10m Overhead Plate Lunges (45#/25#)
 25 Squat jumps 
10m Dumb Bell Crawl (30#/15#)
10 Push Presses (75#/55#)
10 Burpees

Challenge of the day:

1 Mile run for Time
